Funerals are one of the few purchases people make once, under pressure, with no way to compare. These are the protections that removes.
The quote is the bill
Every price on PayRespect is all-in: staff, transport, permits, filing and the third-party charges other sites hide until the paperwork. If the final invoice is higher than your written quote, we pay the difference.
Honored anywhere in our network
Plan in Phoenix and die in Chicago and your plan still stands. Any partner in the network will carry it out at the price you locked, and we coordinate the transfer between them.
Change your mind
Any pre-need plan can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund, and moved to another provider at any time before it is used. Your money is held in trust, not by the funeral home.
Licence and complaint checks, re-run quarterly
State licence, insurance, FTC price-list compliance and complaint history are verified before a provider joins and re-checked every quarter. Badges on a profile show exactly when each was last confirmed.
Partners agree not to upsell a grieving family
Partners sign a conduct standard: itemized pricing offered first, outside caskets accepted without a fee, and no same-day pressure. Reported breaches are investigated and can end the partnership.
Never sold, ever
We do not sell your details to insurers, lead brokers or advertisers. You can export or delete everything we hold at any moment.
