Cancellation rules, in plain words

· Cancel inside the free window shown on your booking — 100% back, no questions.
· After the free window — 85% back; a 15% coordination fee covers work already done.
· Service not delivered as agreed — 100% back, and we handle the provider.
· Final bill higher than the quote — our price guarantee covers the difference.
· Providers get 48 hours to respond; after that PayRespect decides and releases funds.
