PayRespect ("PayRespect", "we", "us") helps families compare funeral, cremation and burial services and connect with licensed providers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
You give us: your name, email address, city or ZIP code, the service you are considering, timing and any details you add to a quote, enquiry, review or account. We do not collect phone numbers through forms on this site.
Automatically: device and browser information, pages viewed, the page you arrived from, and campaign parameters, subject to your cookie choices.
From providers: status updates about your request, such as whether a consultation was scheduled or completed.
How we use your information
To match you with providers who serve your area, to give you price estimates, to pass your request to the provider(s) you choose, to communicate with you about your request, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal obligations, and to improve the service.
Service emails relate to a request you made. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing does not stop emails about an active request.
Who we share information with
Licensed funeral, cremation and cemetery providers you ask us to contact; service vendors (hosting, messaging, email, analytics, payments) bound by contract; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

You choose which categories to allow — essential, analytics and marketing. Manage or change your choices at any time on our privacy and data page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, and may opt out of sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. Submit a request on the privacy and data page or email privacy@payrespect.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal, accounting and dispute obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
PayRespect is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, or under 16 for targeted advertising.
